High resolution proton nuclear magnetic resonance studies of human saliva.

چکیده
High resolution proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) can be used for multicomponent analysis of low molecular weight compounds in small amounts of intact biological materials and biological fluids. It can provide useful qualitative and quantitative biochemical information without the necessity of any pretreatment such as extraction, separation, or purification. The NMR spectra of serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, or urine are related to the clinical conditions of the subjects, and have already been shown to be diagnostically valuable1-3). In some cases, the NMR spectrum of human saliva can also be useful clinically4,5). However, the signal of the spectrum of human saliva is not assigned in detail and the limitation of this method is not made clear. In thisp aper we present the assignments of saliva NMR spectra by one-dimensional and two-dimensional

Simultaneous analysis of explosives to identify, determine the purity and eliminate environmental pollution requires rapid, simple and cheap methods. Spectrophotometries method (UV-Vis), high-field proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), Raman spectroscopy and near infrared (NIR) are common methods that are applicable in two ways of direct and indirect in simultaneous analysis. In this poin...
متن کاملHigh-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance of solids.
The development of line-narrowing techniques, such as magic-angle spinning (MAS) and high-power decoupling, has led to powerful high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance approaches for solid samples. In favorable cases (for instance, where high abundances of protons are present) cross polarization (CP) provides a means of circumventing the time bottleneck caused by inefficient spinlattice rela...
متن کاملMetabolomics analysis of the saliva in patients with chronic hepatitis B using nuclear magnetic resonance: a pilot study
Objective(s): Hepatitis B virus infection causes chronic disease such as cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The metabolomics investigations have been demonstrated to be related to pathophysiologic mechanisms in many disorders such as hepatitis B infection. The aim of this study was to investigate the saliva metabolic profile of patients with chronic hepatitis B in...
متن کاملStudies on the SPEEK membrane with low degree of sulfonation as a stable proton exchange membrane for fuel cell applications
Sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) with a low degree of sulfonation (DS = 40%) was prepared for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). Poly (ether ether ketone) (PEEK) was sulfonated in concentrated H2SO4 under N2 atmosphere and characterized by the hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (H-NMR) technique. After preparation of the SPEEK polymer, the obtained polymer was dissolved i...
متن کاملDesigning and Fabrication of a New Radiofrequency Planar microcoil for mini-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
Introduction Radiofrequency planar microcoils are used to increase the resolution of magnetic resonance images of small samples. In this study, we aimed to design and fabricate a spiral planar microcoil constructed on a double-sided printed circuit board (PCB). It has four rings with an internal diameter of 241 microns tuned and matched at 63.8 MHz. Materials and Methods To achieve the maximum ...
